I'm John — owner and operator of Guardian Drain and Inspection, serving Hopkins, Edina, Minnetonka, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, and Plymouth. I inspect and clear residential drain lines with a camera in hand, so you see exactly what I see — not what I tell you I saw.

I've had an eye for fixing things since I was a kid. That turned into a career in facility maintenance — commercial kitchens, building infrastructure, steam boilers, hydraulic systems. Most of what looks unpredictable is actually just undiagnosed — and that's the gap I work in.

Most drain problems don't need a plumber. They need someone who knows the difference.

Camera inspection and hydro jetting are my full focus. If I find something beyond a clean line — a cracked fitting, a section that's failed — I'll show you the footage and tell you plainly what it means. If it needs a licensed plumber, I'll point you to one — I'm not going to disappear once the diagnosis is done.

I answer my own phone. I do every job myself. That's how I believe service should work — and how I intend to keep working in this community for a long time.
